At a low point I heard Tracey Gee talk about how much articulating what you want is a powerful exercise. In particularly muddle-ie seasons I keep returning to that advice. Her book is also great. Wishing you a quick return of your β¨!

A little additional rec π: This list can truly be anything...and the goal isn't necessarily to check them all off like a bucket list, rather to articulate your desires for things big or small. To know you a are a person who has desires. Even that being the case, I have done a lot of things I've put on my lists, from going to a drive-in movie, to printing out pictures of people I love, to learning about the women astronomers of the Harvard Observatory, to writing my first song! And some of the things I will be wanting for a while in terms of turn-arounds for our world, but it helps me to keep those front and center too.
Agreed! Also, I just saw your rec that Paddington 2 is your favorite movie of all time. Mine too!! Great to meet you!
Aw, back at you, haha :)

βI did this, would recommend! 100 things is tough enough that you end digging deep, which I think is where the real stuff you want comes outβ
