“i’m obsessed with persian fruit leather. I’ve always had a lot of persian friends and grew up eating this. It’s a perfect “healthy” sour candy with a little bit salinity. I like cutting it in strips and rolling it up. You’ll see it a lot during the persian new year, nowruz.”
