Braise on Substack

A friend of mine is a food writer born and raised in London! Dom’s substack “Braise” has lists of great restaurants and bakeries by this and that category as well as individual reviews. We visit once a year and they make all of our bookings, even if they can’t join us. Top spots would be Brutto, St John’s, Plimsoll, Dusty Knuckle, Pophams, The Tamil Prince, Quince Bakery, Hackney Church Brewing, Five Points, and manteca. (Victoria Miro and Savile Road for art galleries and Sloane’s museum.)
