PEZ: Pez is the new restaurant at the Rivertown Lodge. Incredible Mexican seafood. On the upscale side of things. Same folks as behind Casa Susanna in Leeds.

Ambos at The Pocketbook Hotel creative Argentine menus - night is fancier - day is in the sexy cafe area. The whole complex, BATHS, shops - three truly unique and great retailers and lots of community and artistic events + dancing and the building itself. Worth camping out a few times in their world.

Kitty's for a delightful Americana adjacent moment with yummy drinks, also great at brunch and great take away & market attached if you don't want to sit and do the full event.

Cafe Mutton for basically anything that they put in front of you anytime of day - breakfast is great.

Merkin which is adjacent to Cafe Mutton and is about wine and smaller bites from the same crew at CM.

Big fan of Casa Sussana - not in Hudson but just across the bridge near Catskill - deeply good unique Mexican that could hold its own in Mexico City it's that good.

Mel the Bakery - Divine bread and savory/sweet treats + a great larder shop.

Circles Bagels - perfection and I will throw down over that cream cheese anywhere on earth - the always do great seasonal options.

Cafe Mutton: Easily my favorite spot in the Hudson valley. Incredible for brunch. The crepes are a must order. They never miss.
