I picked this up at the Strand’s blind date a book display years ago and continually wish i could go back and read it again. it’s hilarious, touching, zany, fourth-wall breaking with a writing style unlike any i have read before. the premise is if the gang from Scooby Doo grew up and had to deal with the trauma of literally being teen detectives and then come back together for one last job well into their 20s. his other books are amazing, but meddling kids takes the cake as his best work.
