NPR in Background

I live alone, and having my kitchen Echo/Alexa play my local NPR station almost constantly (shoutout WPLN!!!) is my number one trick to feel less isolated and more regulated. A bonus is ending up knowing one to two (neutral 😅) statements about every headline of the week. Apologies to my friends and family for constantly starting stories about news items and ending them after exactly one surface-level factoid.
