Good Bacteria

I still do not fully know or care what a peptide is, but I care a lot about gut health, and Good Bacteria was well-recommended to me by friends before it wound up in a gift bag that I took home from a recent dinner. This summer I ate like I was trying to develop gout, and now I'm on a quest to repair whatever I did to my stomach, which as I get older deeply affects my brain, mood, energy, skin.... and everything else. I'm on week 3 and it's great, I'll check back in if that changes.
