My god, this sauce. I can’t find it anywhere in the US now, but I’m ready to show up at the factory gate in Vietnam to get more. Fishy, sweet, hot, funky, stanky, and other flavors with no name known to me. It was like a key that fit a flavor lock in my head I never knew existed.

"Ready to show up at the factory gate", ha ha, I get it! You are reminding me of a condiment a friend once brought back from Thailand. It was heavenly and indescribable anf same, cannot find it in Toronto despite our huge multicultural grocery scene.
