How to Go Crabbing

I had a best friend growing up whose family had a river house and we’d sink a crab trap off their pier and then my friend would fix up a big crab boil after and I thought it was so charming! We were young teenagers and I couldn’t even make toast and she fixed up this impressive dinner with newspapers spread on tables, mallets, and a stock pot filled with old bay. Felt like magic!
