Celery recipes for people who hate celery? Every time I get a bunch in my CSA it’s ENORMOUS. I always freeze most of it to use in veg stock, but would love other recipes to use it up that don’t result in something that tastes overwhelmingly of celery (🤢)
Use a mandolin to slice the celery fennel and apples super thin. And def make a ton, it tastes better the next day.
