There are so many luggage brands out there, ranging from a few hundred to several thousand dollars, but Muji’s hard-shell suitcase is one of the most affordable options I’ve found that checks all the boxes for me.

It has 360° wheels, a braking system so your suitcase doesn’t roll away, and a TSA-approved lock. I also love that Muji makes travel accessories designed to fit the suitcase perfectly, like packing cubes and organizers.

It feels like you’re getting all the thoughtful features of a much more expensive suitcase without the price tag.
