I love coloring books, but most of the ones I find on Amazon are either geared toward kids or filled with mandalas. So when I found this one at a local stationery shop in Boston, it scratched a very specific itch for me.
Instead of abstract patterns, you’re coloring someone’s world , their workspace, living room, garden, kitchen, or little corner of life. Each illustration feels like it belongs to a real person, and the book even includes Instagram links to the original images, so you can see the spaces that inspired the drawings.
It’s such a simple idea, but I love how it turns coloring into a little act of exploring someone else’s world.
