"I See and I Matter"

got this one c/o Catherine Cohen on the podcast Exploration Live! and it changed my life!!! It's basically a counter to the age old sentiment "ugh i wont get dressed/take care of my hygiene 'cause no one will see and it doesn't matter" and then proceeding to "rot". TO THAT WE SAY: YOU SEE and YOU MATTER. Do your skincare routine and put on your perfume and play with your clothes on the day you are working from home, NOT because you owe the world beauty, or because anyone will even see you, but because you deserve to inspire yourself first and foremost!!!!
