An amazing thing about me is I have literally no ability to comprehend time. CUE VISUAL TIMER! Suddenly I can look at twenty minutes! It isn't a cure but it is totally helpful for getting things done efficiently for me! Brand agnostic, get what you like best.

“I got this a few days ago and it is helping me so much with my ADHD and executive functioning. (Prior to this I used my phone’s timer, and time and time again that proved too tempting.) My only complaint? My neurodivergent four-year-old had a mini-meltdown tonight because he also loves it so much and wanted to sleep with it.😂”
