hario v60 + mason jar pourover method
Recommended by amaya lim
I'm currently traveling for a full month out of my house and the only thing I really brought from my kitchen was my entire coffee setup: grinder, milk frother, mason jar, and humble hario v60 cone plus filters. if this one thing is normal, i can be normal all day long.

“If you’re making coffee for just you or you and another person, this is about as easy as it gets outside of a Mr. Coffee and if you get a good grinder you can dial in some amazing cups! I think the aeropress is more work than it’s worth. If you’re wanting an espresso-like cup a moka pot does a better job”
