I remember the product review meeting at Food52 where we decided to carry this collapsible food tent. My cofounder Merrill and I knew it would be a big bestseller, and it was. And now it's sold everywhere and there are copycats everywhere. But get this one, it's handwoven in the Philippines, works well, and folds flat for storage.

I purchased it from Food52 many years ago. It looks great, works great, and has lasted a long time. Not to mention, it pretty much answers the age-old question: how soon can I set up the backyard buffet?
