Lange Salt Co.

As a big fan of the flaky salt from Jacobsen Salt Co., which is harvested in Oregon, I was pleased to come across Lange Salt Co., another American company. Lange makes its salt using water from the Atlantic Ocean, off the coast of Charleston, South Carolina. The flakes are larger and sturdier than most such salts and the flavor is clean. I will be ordering more!
