“I know I know I'm a basic b*tch but this is the backbone of the whole system - I use my Oura mainly for sleep, I am not intense about it but it is always right and I do get a great deal of validation if I use my treat myself like a toddler kit and get a nap in that boosts me up to a passable sleep score on those less than optimal days.”

“Disclosure, you should not be using smartrings of any brand for things like activity or calorie tracking. What they're best used for is physiological stress and sleep tracking especially for those who can't sleep with a watch on.”
