smitten kitchen easy freezer waffles

Something everyone in the house will eat! I swap out 1/2cup of flour for almond meal because I saw someone recommend this for pancakes on a blog and it works!

Easy Freezer Waffles Recipe
Noelle
“If you have a waffle iron, stock your freezer with a bunch of waffles (frozen in gallon ziplocks with a little parchment paper between them). Also a very cute thing to bring a postpartum friend as an extra, alongside a meal train dinner. The pic is of my favorite GF sourdough waffle recipe from Canelle et Vanille by Aran Goyoaga.”
