Yes you have to get it through a dentist bc they make a mold of your mouth. My dentist is a biological dentist which I also highly recommend!

I have one and I agree… so much better than a machine. I have had it a little over a month and my jaw hurts from it pretty bad. Does that go away? I have a check in with the dentist next week
