I love these words by Thich Nhat Hanh:
“Imagine you look up at the sky. See beautiful cloud. You like the cloud so much. Suddenly, the cloud is no longer there. You think the cloud has passed away.
Where is my beloved cloud now?
If you have time to reflect, to look, you see the cloud has not died. It has become the rain. When you look at the rain you see your cloud. When you look at your tea mindfully you see the rain in your tea.
You can say — hello my cloud. I know you have not died. You are still alive in a new form..."

Beautiful. Thank you for sharing ❤️
So happy to share this. It brings me a lot of comfort!
That is so beautiful. When I am feeling sad about my parents being gone I will think about this!
Thank you! We all go through it at some point, losing loved ones. It's helpful to reframe it.
I agree. It is truly universal.
