I'm a tragic sufferer of folliculitis, aka fungal acne, and it's triggered by sweating excessively, which I do every time I work out. If I can't wash my face and neck within 15 minutes of my workout, I spritz this on to kill bacteria in the meantime. It's helped a lot. (Bonus use: I spray it on any cuts or wounds, like bug bites, too, and I really believe it helps them heal faster.)
