I live by outsourcing where I can (paying cleaners to clean my house is the best $$ I spend every month!) and simplifying! We just cannot do it all and it is a silly fallacy to think you can. Pick your legitimate priorities - think the 1-3 values that guide your life and then how everything else fits or doesn't fit those. Then be okay with letting some things go, so you don't lose your mind!
