Thanksgiving but also big dinner party recommendations - GO! I am hosting my second Thanksgiving for about ~12 but here's the kicker: I don't do turkey! My guests do not care about it! Give me your favorite big dinner rec for a non-turkey main dish and some sides to pair with it.
bc I am a millennial and turned to Claire saffitz for comfort during the pandemic. This is now a tradition.
