• incredible sake bar with great food. went for dinner, walked in and was able to sit right away (the whole restaurant is maybe 10 seats at the bar max). the chef is also the bartender he plays records and its wonderful.

Yoroshiku Pizza

• one of the best meals i have ever had in my life. if you are going to go to one place, go here.

• hole in the wall! hearty curry for a great comfort meal

• delicious curry with great vegetarian options

• the worst part about me is that... i craved eggs and toast when i was there. we found this spot and ended up going two or three times for breakfast! and they have a fabulous cardamom bun

Oi Racecourse Flea Market

• i think it's held on Saturdays... and probably the best vintage and antiques I've ever seen. Slightly outside of the city but worth the trip

• they were closed (and maybe still are?) when we tried to go.... but they make incredible reworked bags and have a great instagram

Ghibli Museum

• went as a child and yearn to go back as an adult. it is magical to see his world come to life
