Liquid smoke

This seems like something that would be a gimmick, but it delivers on its promise. As someone who does not have a grill (and also a vegetarian) this stuff is so handy to add that charred-with-fire-bbq-flavor.

Also it’s just condensed smoke in water?! So it’s not an artificial flavor! A little goes a long way, I’m talking start with a few tiny drops and build from there.

Oh and you can buy different wood flavors: mesquite, hickory etc.
