What are some things that have absolutely changed your life? I’m talking HABIT, I’m talking OBJECT, I’m talking BOOK, I’m talking PRODUCT or DEVICE or HOBBY or VIDEO.

I’ve always needed to listen to something as I’m falling asleep and now that I have a partner these have been a huge help. They are comfortable enough to sleep in and I’ve also used it on airplanes, hikes, etc.
