Dr. Katz, Professional Therapist

Bryangeek

“Not a big fan of stand-up comedy, but when they are lying on Dr. Katz’s couch, I’m all in. Very funny show and available on the Internet Archive.”

Henry

“Before South Park, Comedy Central won a Peabody for their first-ever animated series starring Jonathan Katz as a dry, kind, concerned therapist whose patients just so happen to all be real life stand up comics trying out bits on his couch. Everything about this show makes me laugh, even its animation style (dubbed “Squigglevision”) which continually makes jokes out of its cost-cutting 3-panel boil”

Simon Walker

“Endlessly quotable, uniquely warm and regularly laugh out loud funny. An early precursor to Bob's Burgers.”
