Hiromi's Sonicwonder - Live on KEXP (2025)

There are musicians that put on a show, and then there are musicians that put on a S-H-O-W. Hiromi belongs squarely in the latter category. She is known for her virtuoso technique and kinetic stage presence, and if you're not familiar with either, this KEXP performance with her phenomenal Sonicwonder band offers a fine introduction across a trio of cuts from their sophomore album, Out There. If you're a fan of NPR's Tiny Desk live series, Hiromi & Co. put on a burner of a set for the program in 2023 that shouldn't be missed either.
