I am SUPER heat-sensitive and global warming hasn’t been helping. I’ve adjusted to sweat of my choosing (ie working out) but I hate sweating and overheating outside and/or at night (heeeey perimenopause). What are your tricks for keeping cool in this hellscape?

Honestly, a neck fan is pretty great if you're walking around or on public transport and need to stay cool. Kind of just looks like you're wearing a pair of headphones around your neck.
