“My Neighbor Totoro - lovely story, beautiful to watch, my 3.5 yo loved it”

“Studio Ghibli was introduced to me by the Gen Z youths (and some cuspy Millennials) on set and My Neighbor Totoro is the perfect gateway drug to Miyazaki’s world. I did not grow up a fan of anime but the background artwork in these films alone are so incredible. This particular film is so sweet and the one I would choose to watch over-and-over of all the films! My daughter loves it so much she did”

“A movie night favorite in our house (along with lots of studio ghibli favorites - a list below our 6 and 9 year olds enjoyed): - kikis delivery service - arrietty - ponyo - castle in the sky - when Marnie was there - from up on poppy hill - the tale of princess Kaguya - Pom Poko - whisper of the heart - only yesterday - howls moving castle”
