Slide - George Clanton - 2018
Gotta see it through ☀️
Gate Crash '78 (feat. Chrissy Zebby Tembo)
This is the kind of album you can smoke, drink, or clean the house to, Revolution tunes from Zambia with a futuristic sound and soul that scratches my brain the right way. This on vinyl found me and it found you too.
Agadez - Etran de L’Aïr
This is energy music. Driving home tired, cooking, I can see myself keeping this in my sleeve till I’m gone.
Tag some shit in your neighborhood
First and foremost make sure it’s within the “rules” don’t hit anywhere that’s going to ruin someone’s day hit the usual run of the mill spots - mostly places already with graffiti. In today’s world most “third spaces” aren’t free and my fascination with this is throwing whatever I want down onto the world and being able to come back later and still see it. The freedom aspect of it goes along with some anger from whatever makes you tick especially from where the world is at this point I’m inspired to go with the crazy and put my message in the world. I can see graffiti in the same way as Rec league it’s free there are no rules just express yourself for whoever to see if you are brave enough and find your “community” within your neighborhood. Other than the paint it’s $free.99
