My Rec League Starter Pack

Dinner Hack: Ultra-Crispy Slow-Roasted Pork Shoulder

When pork shoulder is on sale I always get a big one, cook it and let everyone pick off it for dinner, then freeze in portions to pull out for a weeknight dinner. Cubanos, tacos, BBQ sandwiches, noodle or rice bowls etc.

Mitchell Park Domes

Great place to warm up in the winter with PLANTS! It's so hard to choose which dome I like best at any given time.

Amuseum Naturalis

Amuseum Naturalis is a free museum of the nature and heritage of St. Martin located at the historic Old House in French Quarter. Discover the animals that live in St. Martin and nowhere else in the world, and the traditional building techniques that give local homes their unique charm. Take a botanic walk to learn how native trees have adapted to life on St. Martin, and enjoy three beautiful viewpoints. Find out how African and Amerindian heritage comes together in Caribbean farming and bush medicine traditions.

No knead sourdough bread

Anyone can make a spectacular loaf of bread. Almost no hands on time.
