Onitsuka Tiger MEXICO 66
I have loved and worn these shoes since the early aughts. Timeless and comfortable.
Freak Show (Silverchair)
This band is so underrated. Silverchair evolved in huge ways between each album and Freak Show finds them eschewing the grungy influence of Frogstomp for a blend of metal and melody that would come to define their sound.
Lincoln in the Bardo (George Saunders)
I love a book that makes me ask—multiple times—in the first few chapters “Where are we? What are we doing again?” To call Saunders’ prose inventive vastly undersells this book, but man. It’s so inventive! And interesting and heartbreaking and exhilarating. A masterpiece of modern literature for sure.
Spicebomb Night Vision Eau De Parfum
This stuff somehow combined all the notes of some of my favorite scents. The spice of Polo Red, the cleanness of Polo Sport, some of the sharp musk of Mont Blanc Explorer. Quickly became my go-to because of how much I love the scent. Super versatile too.
