Reading What You Already Have

There is nothing as satisfying as reading a book that has waited patiently, sometimes years, for you to pluck it off your shelf or pull it from the bottom of your tbr stack. Unsure of what to read on a recent flight, I grabbed the classic A Tree Grows in Brooklyn (purchased circa 2021) on my way out the door. Best decision ever! And another reminder that we often already have exactly what we need.

Laptop Sleeves from WOVEN

Traditional Filipino weaving is beautiful to me, but there are only so many table runners and placemats I can use! WOVEN brings the same artisan-made loveliness to modern-day essentials like laptop sleeves, passport holders, wallets, totes, etc. As someone who's usually all-black everything, they're the perfect way to add color and interest. Bonus: helping keep traditional crafts alive in ethical, artisan-focused ways.
