I read this in DC after the coolest hot yoga session. The teacher made us partner with a stranger and stare into each other’s eyes without breaking for what felt like 30 mins. Both me and the other girl ended up crying and then getting dinner. He recommended this book and naturally I was like I’ll do anything you tell me to at this point. Anywho it’s really good lol.
