I loved this book so much. Sucked me in from the first page and I read the whole thing in two days and thought about it constantly while I was doing other things. Reminds me a lot of Catherine Newman in the way she writes about parenting and being in community and being a woman in the world, but also has the sexiness of Curtis Sittenfeld. Not personally a fan of the cover but the book is excellent.

This book is absolutely bananas and also wonderful. The writing is rich and evocative, the setting is lush and vivid, and the story is cringey, funny, and familiar. I loved reading this and gulped it down as quickly as possible. I want more people to read this so I can talk about it with more people!
