That one meme that always works? The text exchanged with bestie that nearly made you pee your pants? A strange photo you love? May I suggest putting them all in one place. Sometimes I enjoy my “things I think abt” folder more than any social media.
Butternut squash + sage gratin
This is now a dish I am required to prepare for most family holidays. Originally from the Bi-Rite grocery store cookbook. Tip: I like to use a mandolin for slicing everything. And I’ll separate the horseshoe shaped vs half round pieces of squash in two diff bowls (you’ll see what I mean) so that you can put the nicer looking ones on top.
