I became obsessed with Hole as a pre-teen back in the day when i first saw my mom’s cassette of Live Through This on a shelf in a spare bedroom. I immersed myself in this book for two weeks and really loved it. Melissa’s storytelling is very descriptive and deep. It is also a nostalgic trip through the late 80’s and 90’s.

After I moved into my condo in November I was immediately giddy to have more space and fill it with alot of the stuff I still have stored at my childhood home/parents house. I went through the attic and found the huge Tupperware bin I still had all my old barbies and barbies clothes in. Then I invited one of my friends over and we brushed out the dolls hair and matched back the original outfits we could piece together as best as possible one night(Wow my 30’s are WILD, honestly this was a relaxing and therapeutic hangout sesh). Was able to reassemble all my original Bratz dolls, Britney Spears dolls, Mary-Kate & Ashley dolls, Sabrina the Teenage Witch & Harvey(&Salem!!) dolls, and a few of my random fav’s as a kid. Emma Roberts ain’t got nuttin on my doll shelf !!!
Nan Xiang Soup Dumpling in Cherry Hill, NJ
This is easily in my top 5 favorite restaurants in New Jersey. The shrimp pork veggie spicy peanut wonton dumplings are my favorite thing to get here - but let’s be real every single thing here is great. This was my first time trying the taiwanese mini spare ribs and the oil noodles. A 4 person table full of food that resulted in us eating taking a box of leftovers home was only $37 each before tip! Not bad for a Michelin star rated restaurant!
