It starts soft and subdued, then slowly fills your ears with reverb, making everything feel shimmery and weightless. Put your headphones on for the full dreamy effect.
Another 13 by Le Labo
Among all the fragrances I've tried, this smells the cleanest. Not in a citrus way nor a creamy/soapy way...just clean, cold, and sanitized. Which is interesting, because I've read reviews saying that this smells musky, second skin, sexy, intimate, "like a hug" to them; I feel quite the opposite. When I wear this I feel like I am devoid of emotions like a robot. Visuals: very cold water, stainless steel, Blur in The Universal music video (particularly when they were performing in the white room). I cringe when people recommend fragrances because they "get compliments", but this gets me compliments. Some people are anosmic to this fragrance, so best to try it out first.
Baby BAGGU - Silver
I never considered the Baby Baggu, thinking it would be too small, but it turns out to be just right for my everyday things. I have the Standard and Big Baggus, but I mostly reach for those when I need to carry a lot on trips. The Baby holds everything I need for weekend errands and even for casual work days. I like that it's plain but silver, adding a little punctuation to my otherwise plain clothes. I am forever grateful to the friend who gave this to me!
I Don't Know What by D.S. and Durga
This always comes up whenever I search for skin scents. I was able to score a decant and am now considering a full bottle, much to my wallet’s dismay. I enjoy wearing it alone, but there was one morning when I decided to use it as a second layer. I had made the mistake of putting on a perfume that didn’t match my mood, and since I was hurrying to get to work, I couldn’t wash the first fragrance off. I remembered I had this and sprayed it on. It altered the fragrance I was wearing, making it smell cleaner, fresher, and more tolerable. I was in a good mood the entire day.
