all day darling
The cutest walkable spot in Montford! Love their breakfast and croissants.
Kara Duval Range 🌀
https://rangebykaraduval.com if you’re looking for a movement practice that is meant for YOU, this is it. Strength training, Pilates, weights, dancing, crying, screaming. The exercise I look forward to every day. A true gift to my self! Kara’s a wonderful human and has influenced my quality of life outside of exercise. @Kara Duval
Drowsy Eye Mask
Recommended via a trusted friend that lives a good life, this is a game changer! Since it also blocks the ears it provides extra comfort and noise blocking. Buy 2 so you always have one clean.
Heilbron Herbs
Found via @Kara Duval years ago, Heilbron is nearby in Asheville. She takes great care in the resourcing and creation of her products. I’ve bought Soothe Yourself again and again to soften the stressful moments. Big Hug is also supportive! The teas are great too, and you can find them at East Fork stores!
