Passport for a kid's stuffed animal/lovey
Using this awesome Etsy template, make passports for all of your loved littles' favorite stuffed animals. Slothy Sloth has come on many trips, and my kids and nephew delight in these. (All it took was a moment with the template, a color printer, and a laminator for the cover!)
Rotating family photo display
We have this little set of gold stands (from Etsy) and use Artifact Uprising to order simple photo prints of all major events once a year. I then rotate out this display about once a month, celebrating that month's birthday, the first or last day of school, a holiday (major or minor), showing off our Halloween costumes over the years, etc. It's fun to see how our family has changed from one year to the next when we have a full 8 years of photos to display, and I love that I don't need to commit to just one set of prints for a frame.
Shoe measurer
Buy a shoe measurer and take at least some of the pain out of buying shoes for your kids!
rainbow maker
Buy a Kikkerland rainbow maker. Put it on the window. Delight in having rainbows dance across your walls (and enjoy watching how "rainbow time" shifts and elongates as you move into summer!)
