Cucumber, Avocado, Tomato & Goat Cheese Sandwich

and add bacon

Cerro de La Cruz in Antigua, Guatemala

Ride a Tuk Tuk to the cross overlook of Antigua. Start near the Antigua market or arch to get a Tuk Tuk if you don’t want to walk up the mountain. You get a great view of the city and volcanos (and sometimes an eruption or smoke).

The Will of the Many by James Islington

I told myself I wouldn’t rec this until I finished the second book… But I’ve been in such a book hangover/daze I can’t get it off my mind. If you’re a fan of fiction, fantasy, mystery, and world-building political tensions then this book may be a good fit for you.

Taskmaster: Times the Answer Was Right There...

One of my favorite shows! I’m struggling to find words to describe it: British comedians complete crazy challenges, then get awarded based on their performances. It’s quirky and fun! Plus all of the episodes and seasons are on their YouTube channel.
