I don’t know how they’ve done it, but the Sour Apple flavour tastes just like Sour Patch Kids except they’re dates, so they don’t have added sugars or sweeteners. These are now in my weekly grocery shopping rotation.

SVR Spirial Deo-Douche
I used this SVR Spirial shower gel at my Airbnb in Paris. It had such a grip on me, I literally went to 5 different pharmacies just to find it. It lathers really well, isn’t drying, and I feel like the scent could be an Aesop scent - I love it! When I think of French pharmacy brands, I usually think of La Roche-Posay, Embryolisse, or Avène, but I will be checking out SVR moving forward.
Laurent Saillard White Wine
10/10 French wine for easy drinking. A blend of Sauvignon Blanc with a small amount of Chardonnay, mild levels of minerality. Absolute perfection. 2025 L & C & S +
