De-pebbling a garden bed for mindfulness!
Who knew that de-pebbling a garden bed (I.e. removing the thousands of pebbles that litter the soil of a decently sized garden bed) would be such a grounding mindfulness activity!
Quick and dirty foccacia (that's 97% as good as the real thing!)
Nagi's foccacia is a stroke of genius. I love making Samin's two-day masterpiece but when time is short and foccacia is expected, this is impossibly, nearly as good.
Cinnamon cake!
Divine. It doesn't have that hot-lardy love that you get from a Donut King jaunt, but it's that buttery mouthfeel that you keep coming back for. Also freezes perfectly for kids lunches or emergency cake needs.
