Process Diaries
Ever wonder what it's like to write, design, and publish a book? I kept a years-long process diary on bringing my first book to life.
SLOWING
Slowing is a collection of personal stories, interviews (with trailblazers like Nicholas Barasch, Jezz Chung, Rachel Fleit, Lyn Slater, Sophia Roe, Fanny Singer, and more), and prompts about time, pace, and creativity. The book's origins stem from my project, Slow Stories, and my experiences of navigating an age that prized productivity, speed, and external validation. Combining evocative—and slow—storytelling, guided prompts, and inspiring design, Slowing offers a distinct lens on time and attention.
Literary Hub: Against Perfectionism and Productivity: On Embracing Flaws as a Writer
As part of Slowing's launch, I wrote an for Literary Hub about writing, (im)perfectionism, and the beauty of slow storytelling.
Lionhead Rabbits
My first and forever recommendation: This bun! She's litter-trained, cuddly, and incredibly smart. Rec League, meet Pepper (you can even read about her in my book, Slowing).
