King Arthur Potato Bread

I find most homemade rolls to be great the first day but dry/ dense/ crumbly the next. I don't need that when I'm trying to enjoy the best part of Thanksgiving which is leftovers. Here's the deal: you make a batch of this, but instead of 2 loaves you make 1 loaf and make the other half of the dough into 12 rolls. You have perfect rolls for dinner and perfect bread for turkey sandwiches later. This bread also makes the best French toast on earth.
