FishSki Easy Cheddar Grits
These Easy Cheddar Grits with jalapeño & hatch chile are amazingly good with poached eggs on top. And you can take them backpacking because they just need water. But we doin the fancy version over here today.
The Saturdays (Elizabeth Enright)
It's super wholesome: a family of four children pool their allowances so that each one can go on an adventure each Saturday. The adventures are all different and engaging. My 8 year old LOVED it, even though it's about the past. And the rest of the series is similarly charming.
The Mist
This is literally just putting your face over a bowl of hot water and letting the steam do its thing for your stuffed up, sad sinuses. Basic but you can add a lil lemon or a couple drops of eucalyptus or tea tree oil to make it feel like it’s a fancy spa. Oop, gotta go, my ears just popped thank god.
