Same Day Sourdough Bread
Most sourdough recipes you see online or even in print focus on the Tartine style of sourdough baking which is roughly a 24 hour process from stop to finish with an overnight fridge rest. I personally absolutely love the more traditional (sin refrigeration) process of making sourdough which uses a higher percentage of starter or preferment (inoculation). So if want to mix a loaf of sourdough bread in the morning and eat some later that day save and try my same day sourdough.
Working with a Cat on your Lap
My favorite part of working from home is having a cat on my lap whenever I (he) wants. I can’t imagine being away from them for 40+ hours a week.
