Salt + Pepper always at hand
I can't take credit for this. A friend of mine was making a spatchcock chicken and when I saw him reach for the powdered sugar shaker, I was a bit concerned. Turns out, he'd created his own fine blend of ground peppercorns and diamond crystal salt and had this trusty shaker at hand. I immediately spent $4 and haven't looked back. This lives next to my stove and oven.
A Better Chili - LA MORENA CHIPOTLE PEPPERS IN ADOBO
I would never pretend to be an aficionado of chili making, I have no awards nor medals, and we all have our own route in this effort. Maybe you keep it vegetarian (peace be with you), maybe you throw a cup of frozen corn in (go off midwest), and maybe you even throw in some cut-up squash (idk y'all).But I've found one thing I do like; Adding a dose of sauce/peppers from this can will take your chili to the next level.
